COVID Measures Over
We are pleased to advise that we currently are operating largely as pre-covid. Our Reception is fully open and deliveries and drop-offs are all working as before.
22nd September 2021
We have implemented Level 3 COVID regulations. This means that our operations have changed to support working under Level3 including restricting any physical contact with the public and each other.
The Lab is still be operating within some constraints. But with contactless drop-off and return delivery through couriers only.
Please note anyone is free to (contactless) drop-off or send in their device at Level 3.
18th August 2021
We have implemented Level 4 COVID regulations. This means that some of our operations have ceased including, any physical contact with the public and each other. Within the constraints provided, we are however still able to communicate with customers by email and phone. We are seeking guidance on services and deliveries. But for now, we would ask that you currently do not send in devices for recovery and that we will not be dispatching devices. Our throughput is thus constrained and jobs will likely take longer. For all Essential businesses as defined under the regulations. Such businesses will during this time automatically receive our Prioritised Urgent Recovery Service (see website for updates).
1st March 2021
We have implemented level 3 COVID regulations in Auckland following the latest lockdown notice . Like everyone we are hoping this lockdown will only last the 3 days as currently notified. Our drop-off locations in Wellington and Christchurch are still fully open and you are encouraged to use these facilities if they are convenient for you.
In Auckland, the Lab will still be operating, though non-essential technical staff will now be working from home. We have a contactless drop-off and delivery process in operation at Reception and all devices will be cleansed on arrival and just prior to dispatch. Please note, you will not be able to engage staff directly at Reception - please use the phone. You can also send in your devices by courier and we are recommending that all customers have their data delivered back by courier where possible.

We have implemented Level 4 COVID regulations. This means that some of our operations have ceased including, any physical contact with the public and each other. Within the constraints provided, we are however still able to communicate with customers by email and phone and we can now do Assessments for items sent to us by Courier (please use NZ Couriers only during this period). Our throughput is however constrained and jobs will likely take longer. For all Essential businesses as defined under the regulations. Such businesses will during this time automatically receive our Prioritised Urgent Recovery Service (see website).
We believe these robust measures will allow us to protect our customers, stakeholders and team members during this period. We will however review our measures weekly and adapt as advice, particularly from the Ministry of Health, changes. We would like to thank all our clients and other stakeholders for their support of these measures during this period.
